So yesterday was beautiful, I mean beautiful. The weather was warm yet breezy and not too hot and the sky was so blue and crisp. I loaded the twins and the camera into the car and headed to Downtown Lynchburg via Main Street to get some downtown shots. I parked my car in a parking garage and found myself loaded and ready to go. I walk several blocks from my car and snap this shot and then...my camera battery died. What a dork I am, I packed the babies, the bottles, the formula, the diapers, the double stroller, the camera and my new filters, but no extra battery. Not only did I not bring my extra battery I forgot to see how close to dying the battery in my camera was. So this shot, it was the only one I got yesterday. And by yesterday I mean today but I post at night when the twins are asleep and have them set up to go in the morning.

Maybe next week I will re-attempt the downtown scene.

The afternoon wasn't a complete waste however as I stopped by the Camera shop and learned quite a bit about my camera.

The traffic around here can get pretty strange. There was a whole family of these guys crossing the street but by the time I got my camera out there was only this guy left.
